Maximum Mark Variation

The maximum total negative mark variation that can be applied to any individual team member is capped at -20%, in line with programme guidelines.

All penalties outlined in this document contribute towards this cap. Once the -20% threshold has been reached, no further negative variation will be applied.

Attendance

Only certain training sessions will be subject to mark variation.

Sessions where variation applies must be clearly communicated by the Team Leads either:

• during a prior training session, or
• via Apollo’s WhatsApp Groupchat

This communication must take place no less than two days in advance.

These sessions should include either:

• an activity relevant to the Annual Report, or
• an external speaker.

Team members will not be exempt from variation if they fail to meet the deadlines for their entitled leave days outlined below.

Team Leads must produce a clear timeline of what needs to be completed during sessions, and this must be accessible to the entire team.
